Jeff Allen - President: Jeff has extensive sales
experience and broad technical knowledge in the consumer
electronic industry. He was the leading sales person for
three retail operations before becoming a manufactures
representative. In 1998 he formed The Aurora Group with the
purpose of assisting our dealers in providing their clients
with a differentiated experience in the audio video
Marty Bartelstone – VP of Sales, North: Marty has been selling specialty high end audio and video products for the last 32 years.
Recently he held a VP of Sales position for Energy Squad, which specialized in energy management and home efficiency. Prior to that he held the position of VP and
partner of a Distribution Company selling high end audio and video products, and also worked for Bryston as VP of Sales & Marketing for their professional products
division for North America.
Fred Carrico – VP of Sales, South: With over 35 years of service to our industry,
Fred Carrico has dedicated his entire career to Consumer Electronics. Having spent over 17 years
in the Specialty Retail sector, Fred gained extraordinary insight into Merchandising, Customer
Service and Selling fundamentals. With an extensive background in retail sales and a Bachelor’s
degree in Marketing and Business Management, he was ready to perpetuate new relationships as a
Manufacturer’s Representative for the last 20+ years. His passion and energetic personality
coupled with a love for all we do have made him a highly respected Sales Representative in the
Mid-Atlantic representing some of the industry's most prestigious brands. Fred is uniquely
positioned in Northern VA to provide the highest level of technical and sales support to our dealer base.
Dawn Chellel - Office & Marketing Manager: Bringing over 10 years of office management and 9 years of marketing experience, Dawn is responsible for the daily business aspects of the company including, but not limited to, processing orders, fielding client calls, and handling most office functions. She is also responsible for our online promotions which includes email marketing, social networks, and our company website.
Bob Carr - Inside Sales: Bob comes to us with 32 years of mid to high end AV experience. Bob planned, constructed, and opened the first freestanding Bang & Olufsen audio store in the United States. His business expanded to a second location with a total of 12 employees. He developed and maintained loyal relationships with industry leaders, local architects, builders, business associates, and clients, where stereo music components, car and marine audio systems, home music, home theater, lighting and smart house integration were installed for demanding clients with exacting specifications.
